1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Fleetros waitlist or using the Fleetros platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
2. Description of Service
Fleetros provides a digital fleet management and customer-facing storefront platform for car rental operators in Malaysia. The Service includes:
- Unlimited vehicle and booking management
- A live, brandable customer storefront at your-brand.fleetros.com
- WhatsApp quoting and deposit closing tools
- Mobile check-in with secure document upload
3. Free Tier
The core features of Fleetros — unlimited vehicles, bookings, storefront, and mobile app — are provided free of charge with no time limit and no credit card required. Advanced features (multi-user roles, automated seasonal pricing, long-term saman tracking) will be offered as paid add-ons. We reserve the right to modify the scope of free features with 30 days' notice to registered users.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
- Use the Service only for lawful car rental business operations
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, including JPJ regulations and the Road Transport Act 1987
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
- Not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of Fleetros is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before uploading their personal data (IC numbers, driving licences) into the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Fleetros platform are owned by Fleetros and protected by Malaysian copyright law. You retain ownership of your business data (vehicle listings, bookings, customer records) and may export it at any time upon request.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Fleetros does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Fleetros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue from system downtime or booking errors.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice provided where reasonably possible.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via WhatsApp at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
