When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Full name — to address you personally
- WhatsApp number — to contact you about the product launch and onboarding
- Business / company name — to understand your context
- Fleet size — to customise your onboarding experience
We also collect standard analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, device type, approximate location). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To notify you when Fleetros launches and provide early access
- To send product updates and onboarding materials via WhatsApp
- To personalise your onboarding based on fleet size and business type
- To improve the Fleetros platform based on usage patterns
We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
4. Data Storage & Security
Waitlist form submissions are stored securely via Netlify Forms. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:
- Netlify, Inc. — form submission processing and hosting
- Google LLC — analytics (Google Analytics 4)
These processors are contractually bound to handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Your Rights (PDPA Malaysia)
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Withdraw consent to process your personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data

7. Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 which sets cookies to collect anonymous usage data. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
